Paul Sweetland
Director & Independent Financial Adviser
Paul started the firm and is its director and independent financial adviser. He has worked in financial services for more than 37 years, advising both individual and corporate clients across South Wales throughout that time.
Before Sweetland Associates, Paul worked for Pearl Assurance, Eagle Star and Principality IFA. He is a member of the Personal Finance Society.
Many of Paul's clients have been with him for well over a decade, and a good number first came to the firm through personal recommendation.
Louise
Administrative Support & Accounts
Louise has been with the firm since 2002 and has a background in book-keeping and accounts.
She supports Paul with new business processing, preparing client reports and keeping clients' ongoing portfolio reviews up to date.
Debbie
Administrative Support & Financial Services
Debbie has been with the firm since 2001 and has a background in financial services, having previously worked for Royal Liver Assurance.
She supports Paul with client reports and new business processing, particularly group protection, group life assurance and group private medical cover.
